Recurring Fees. The Parties stipulate and agree that the Named Entity’s total amount of compensation to be paid to Vendor in consideration of full, satisfactory performance of all Vendor’s duties, services and obligations as set forth in this Contract, shall be billed on a recurring quarterly basis, in accordance with the Agreed Pricing Index, and not to exceed $4,376.31 per calendar quarter. (“Quarterly Fee”).
Recurring Fees. Recurring charges begin on the date that ALEC Inc., executes the written document accepting the Remote Collocation Space pursuant to Section 7, or on the date ALEC Inc., first occupies the Remote Collocation Space, whichever is sooner. If ALEC Inc., fails to schedule and complete a walkthrough pursuant to Section 7 within fifteen (15) days after BellSouth releases the space for occupancy, then BellSouth shall begin billing ALEC Inc., for recurring charges as of the sixteenth (16) day after BellSouth releases the Remote Collocation Space. Other charges shall be billed upon request for the services. All charges shall be due as dictated by ALEC Inc.,’s current billing cycle.
Recurring Fees. Fee Increases. Recurring for the Services are payable in advance, as set forth in the Order Form. Non-recurring fees, if any, will be separately set forth on the Order Form. Videojet may increase the annually by providing You with notice of the increase in fees not less than thirty (30) days prior to the date those increased fees will take effect. Your continued use or access to the Services following such a fee increase will be considered acceptance of the fee increase. In the event that You do not agree to an increase in fees, Your sole remedy will be to terminate this Agreement and discontinue Your use of the Services pursuant to Section 9 at the end of the current term of the Agreement.
Recurring Fees. Recurring fees for space occupancy shall be billed upon space completion or space acceptance, whichever occurs first. Other charges shall be billed upon request for the services. All charges shall be due as dictated by BTC’s current billing cycle.

Recurring Fees. Recurring Fees shall consist of "Voice Fees", "GDS Fees", "Internet Fees" and "Other Fees" as described below:
Recurring Fees. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Addendum or Order, the City will begin billing User for the recurring Fees for a Facility or Service as stated in the applicable Addendum or Order as of the Activation Date. User’s failure to use, or delay in using, the Facility or Service on or after the Activation Date does not prevent the City from billing User for the Fees applicable to such Facility or Service and User from being liable to the City for all such Fees.
