Rectification. 8.2.1 Insofar as IPR of third parties have been infringed by the Delivery for reasons attributable to PTV, PTV may choose to rectify the situation in such a way that the Client is able to continue to make full use of the Delivery. In this respect PTV has the following options: 8.2.2 The Client may require a different form of rectification if the impact on the functionality of the Delivery is reasonably considered significant.
