Archival Requirements Sample Clauses
The Archival Requirements clause sets out the obligations for retaining and storing documents or records related to the agreement. It typically specifies the types of records that must be preserved, the format in which they should be kept (such as electronic or paper), and the minimum duration for which they must be maintained, often to comply with legal or regulatory standards.
