Recreational Mining Equipment. Mining equipment for recreational mining shall be limited to suction dredges with an intake diameter of five (5) inches or less with attendant power sources rated at fifteen (15) horse power or less, pans, rockers, hand tools, hand operated sluices and other similar equipment.
