Common use of RECOVERY OF THE EQUIPMENT Clause in Contracts

RECOVERY OF THE EQUIPMENT. If You are in breach of the Agreement or if the Agreement or a Rental Period has been terminated under clause 15, We may, at Your cost, take all steps necessary (including legal action) to recover the Equipment.

RECOVERY OF THE EQUIPMENT. If You are in breach of the Agreement or if the Agreement or a Rental Proposed Service Period has been terminated under clause 159, We may, at Your cost, take all steps necessary (including legal action) to recover the Equipment, including entering Your premises to do so and You expressly consent to Us entering Your premises for the purposes of recovering Our Equipment.
