Common use of RECOVERY OF THE EQUIPMENT Clause in Contracts

RECOVERY OF THE EQUIPMENT. If You are in breach of the Hire Agreement or if the Hire Agreement or a Hire Period has been terminated under clause 17, We may, at Your cost, take all steps necessary (including legal action) to recover the Equipment, including entering Your premises to do so and You expressly consent to Us entering Your premises for the purposes of recovering Our Equipment.

RECOVERY OF THE EQUIPMENT. If You are in breach of the Hire Agreement or if the Hire Agreement or a Hire Period has been terminated under clause 17, We may, at Your cost, may take all steps necessary (including legal action) to recover the Equipment, including entering Your premises to do so and so. Upon receiving written notice from Us, You expressly consent to Us entering Your premises for the purposes of recovering Our Equipment.

RECOVERY OF THE EQUIPMENT. 18.1 If You are in breach of the Hire Agreement or if the Hire Agreement or a Hire Period has been terminated under clause 17, We may, at Your cost, take all steps necessary (including legal action) to recover the Equipment, including entering into or upon any premises where the Equipment may be located (or any premises under Your premises control or as Your agent if the Equipment is stored at such premises) to do so and You expressly consent to Us entering Your such premises for the purposes of recovering Our Equipment.

RECOVERY OF THE EQUIPMENT. If You are in breach of the Hire Agreement or if the Hire Agreement or a Hire Period HirePeriod has been terminated under clause 17, We may, at Your cost, take all steps necessary (including legal action) to recover the Equipment, including entering Your premises to do so and You expressly consent to Us entering Your premises at any time for the purposes of recovering Our Equipment.
