Records Processing. Any project records, field notes, photographs, or existing inventory that can be provided by Receiving Entity will be organized, inventoried, and digitized. Records will be assessed for media stability and placed in archival quality acid-free, lignin-free folders and will be placed in polyethylene sleeves, with or without cardstock backing, or interleaved with acid-free tissue paper as appropriate. The folders will be labeled as required by Performing Entity curation guidelines. Digital copies will be made of the records, and copies of the digital files will be provided to Receiving Entity.

  • Access to Records; Contractor Financial Records Contractor agrees that District and its authorized representatives are entitled to review all Contractor books, documents, papers, plans, and records, electronic or otherwise (“Records”), directly pertinent to this Contract for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts, and transcripts.

  • Medical Records Retention Grantee shall retain medical records in accordance with 22 TAC §165.1(b) or other applicable statutes, rules and regulations governing medical information.
