Records Only Change Sample Clauses

The "Records Only Change" clause establishes that any modifications made under the agreement are limited solely to the records or documentation, without altering the substantive rights or obligations of the parties. In practice, this means that updates or corrections can be made to administrative records, such as contact information or reporting formats, but these changes do not affect the underlying terms of the contract. The core function of this clause is to ensure that routine or clerical updates can be made efficiently without triggering renegotiation or legal review of the substantive agreement, thereby maintaining clarity and administrative accuracy.
