Records Only Change. When TelCove adds equipment within initial demand parameters that requires no additional space preparation work on the part of BellSouth, then no additional charges or additional intervals will be imposed by BellSouth.

7.2.2 In the states of Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, and South Carolina, BellSouth will provide the reduced intervals outlined below to ACCESS Integrated, when ACCESS Integrated requests an Alteration specifically identified in Sections 7.2.2.1 through 7.2.2.9 below as an “Augment. Except as otherwise set forth in Section 7.2.2.10 below, such Augment will require a Subsequent Application and will result in the assessment of the appropriate application fee associated with the type of Augment requested by ACCESS Integrated. BellSouth will assess the appropriate nonrecurring application fee set forth in Exhibit B on the date that it provides an Application Response to ACCESS Integrated.

7.2.2.2 Minor Augments will be completed within forty-five (45) days after receipt of the BFFO for: - 168 DS1 Terminations at the BellSouth Demarcation Frame (Databasing Only; Panels, Relay Racks and Overhead Racking Exist) - 96 DS3 Terminations at the BellSouth Demarcation Frame (Databasing Only; Panels, Relay Racks and Overhead Racking Exist)
