Common use of Records of Inventions Clause in Contracts

Records of Inventions. Employee agrees to keep and maintain adequate and current written records of all Inventions of Employee during the term of employment with Company. Such records shall be in the form of notes, sketches, drawings, and any other format that may be specified by Company, and shall be available to and remain the sole property of Company at all times.

(However, records of any Inventions that are not assignable under applicable law are not the Company’s property.)
