The date, amount, interest rate, Type and duration of Interest Periods (if applicable) of each Loan made by each Lender to each Borrower, and each payment made on account of the principal thereof, shall be recorded by such Lender on its books and such entries shall be prima facie evidence of such matters. Prior to the transfer of any Note, the Lender shall endorse such items on such Note or any allonge thereof; provided that the failure of such Lender to make any such recordation or endorsement shall not affect the obligations of such Borrower to make a payment when due of any amount owing hereunder or under such Note in respect of the Loans evidenced by such Note.
