Common use of Records and Communications Clause in Contracts

Records and Communications. To the extent not already established, promptly after the Work begins, procedures for keeping and distributing orderly and complete records of the Work and its progress will be established. The procedures so established will be followed throughout the course of the Work unless the Owner and the Vendor mutually agree in advance in writing to revise the procedures. Furthermore, immediately after the Notice to Proceed is issued, complete procedures for communications among the Owner and the Vendor will be established.
