Recordings and Records. Either Company or Bank may produce telephonic or electronic recordings or computer records, including e- mail and facsimile transmissions, as evidence in any proceedings brought in connection with the RDC Services. Company agrees to Bank’s telephonic or electronic recording for security and quality of service purposes.
