Recorded Documents. Escrow Agent shall cause the Deed and any other documents that Seller or Purchaser desires to record to be recorded with the appropriate county recorder and, after recording, returned to the grantee, beneficiary or person acquiring rights under said document or for whose benefit said document was required.
Recorded Documents. Submit (or be irrevocably committed to submit) to the County or City Recorder of the County or City in which the Property is located the Deed and each other document to be recorded under the terms of this Agreement or by general usage, and, after recordation, cause the County or City Recorder to mail the Deed to Buyer and each other such document to the grantee, beneficiary or person acquiring rights thereunder or for whose benefit said document was recorded.
Recorded Documents. Record each document received hereunder that is required to be recorded with the real estate records or recorder for the Parcel, and deliver by overnight courier (or as otherwise requested by the intended recipient) (together with the documents set forth in Section 5.9.3) a copy of each recorded document, conformed to show the recording data thereon, to each party hereto.
Recorded Documents. Escrow Agent shall cause the County Recorder of the County in which the Property is located to mail the Deed (and any other documents which are required by this Agreement to be, or by general usage are, recorded) after recordation, to the grantee, beneficiaries, or person (i) acquiring rights under the documents or (ii) for whose benefit the documents were acquired.
Recorded Documents. Record the Receiver’s Deed in the Official Records of Hamilton County, Ohio. (ii) Purchase Price. Deliver to Receiver the Purchase Price and such other funds, if any, as may be due to Receiver by reason of net credits under this Agreement. (iii) Buyer’s Documents. Deliver to Buyer: (a) the original Title Policy, along with such other extended coverage and endorsements, as the Buyer elects to purchase (if the Buyer purchases the same from the Escrow Holder and as soon as practicable after the Closing); (b) the original fully executed Receiver’s Bill of Sale executed by Receiver; and (c) the original fully executed counterpart of the Assignment and Assumption of Leases executed by Receiver, if applicable. (iv) Receiver’s Documents. Deliver to Receiver: (a) the original fully executed counterpart of the Assignment and Assumption of Leases executed by Buyer; and (b) copies of every document delivered to Buyer.
Recorded Documents. Submit to the Clerk’s Office the Circuit Court of Hanover, County, Virginia, the Deeds and each other document to be recorded under the terms of this Agreement or by general usage.
