Common use of Recordation of Assignments Clause in Contracts

Recordation of Assignments. If any Mortgage File includes one or more assignments to the Trustee of Related Documents that have not been recorded, within 30 days of the Closing Date, Delta, at no expense to the Custodian, shall cause to be recorded in the appropriate public office for real property records each such assignment and, upon receipt thereof from such public office, shall return each such assignment to the Custodian; provided, however, that Delta shall not be required to cause to be recorded such assignments if the related Mortgage Property is located in a jurisdiction in which the recording thereof is not necessary to protect the interests of the Trustee or the Certificateholders in the related Mortgage, as set forth in Section 2.01(c)
