The Custodian agrees, upon receipt of such Request for Release, promptly to release to the Master Servicer the related Custodial File. ______Upon receipt of a Request for Release from the Master Servicer, signed by a Servicing Officer, that (i) the Master Servicer or a Subservicer, as the case may be, has made a deposit into the Certificate Account in payment for the purchase of the related Mortgage Loan in an amount equal to the Purchase Price for such Mortgage Loan or (ii) the Company has chosen to substitute a Qualified Substitute Mortgage Loan for such Mortgage Loan, the Custodian shall release to the Master Servicer the related Custodial File. Upon written notification of a substitution, the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Custodian and the Custodian agrees to accept the Mortgage Note and other documents constituting the Custodial File with respect to any Qualified Substitute Mortgage Loan, upon receiving written notification from the Master Servicer of such substitution.
