Record Keeping Policies. Without limiting the generality of Section 3.4.1(a), each Party agrees to maintain a policy that requires its employees and consultants to record and maintain data and information developed during the Research Program in standard laboratory notebooks that are dated and corroborated by non-inventors on a regular, contemporaneous basis and otherwise in a manner designed to establish the earliest date of invention or reduction to practice.
