RECORD AND AS-BUILT DRAWINGS. The Contractor shall keep an accurate record, in a manner approved by the Design Professional, of all changes in the Contract Documents during construction. In Work concerning underground utilities, the Contractor shall keep an accurate record in a manner approved by the Design Professional of all valves, fittings, etc. Before the Work is accepted by the Owner, and said acceptance is recorded, the Contractor shall furnish the Design Professional a copy of this record.
