RECOGNITION‌ Section 1.01 – Bargaining Unit. The Hotel recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all regular full time and regular part time hotel service, housekeeping, food and beverage, and laundry employees (including room cleaners, housepersons, ▇▇▇▇ persons, telephone operators, kitchen employees, servers, bussers, bartenders, cashiers, hosts and laundry workers) employed by the Employer at the Hotel, but excluding all, on-call, secretarial, front desk, reservations, concierge, maintenance, parking attendants, health club employees, office clerical, administrative, and sales employees and all managers, banquet captains, ▇▇▇▇ captain supervisors, and guards as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
