RECOGNITION AND WARRANTY. A. The Company hereby recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agent for all employees of the Company in the units listed below and agrees that it will, during the term of this Agreement, deal exclusively with the Union as the collective bargaining representative of such staff employees so long as the Union complies with the warranty contained in Paragraph C of this Article I.
