The Board recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative with respect to wages, hours and working conditions for Food Service Employees, excluding all others such as, but not limited to, all Supervisory and substitute Employees. B. This Contract shall expire on June 30, 2014. C. The terms and conditions of this Agreement are to be effective upon ratification by both parties.
