Common use of RECLASSIFICATION DATE Clause in Contracts

RECLASSIFICATION DATE. 18.1 Where an employee makes application for reclassification to the Chief Executive in writing on a form approved by the Chief Executive, and if that application is acceded to, the operative date for that application will be no earlier than the date of lodgement and no later than three (3) calendar months from the date of lodgement.
