Unless otherwise mutually agreed upon between the Employer and the Association, where a change of duties and responsibilities to a position description results in an increase in classification of more than two (2) classification levels through the classification review or appeal process, the position shall be posted in accordance with Article 6. The original position shall be discontinued, and the incumbent shall be treated in accordance with the appropriate provisions of Article 10. If there is a decrease in classification of more than one classification level then the original position shall be discontinued and the incumbent treated in accordance with Article 10 The reclassified position shall be made available for a transfer under Clause
