  • Reclamation By the end of the term of this lease, LESSEE shall grade the leased premises so that the grade of the leased premises shall approximate the grade of the surrounding topography. Upon completion of the required grading, the surface shall be reseeded with a seed mixture approved by the COMMISSIONER. Should this obligation not be met by the end of the term of this lease, it shall nevertheless survive and continue beyond the term of this lease and shall be an obligation owed to the state. This obligation is owed by LESSEE in addition to any other obligation imposed upon LESSEE by this lease, including, but not limited to, the requirements of Section 6 hereof and ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s plan of operations.

  • Sanitation If the Project/Service does not involve interior work, CONTRACTOR shall be required to provide and maintain adequate sanitary conveniences for the use of persons employed for the Project/Service. These conveniences shall be maintained at all times without nuisance, and their use shall be strictly enforced. The location of these conveniences shall be subject to the COUNTY’s Project Manager’s approval. All such facilities shall be installed and maintained by CONTRACTOR in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

  • Emissions The provisions cited above do not prohibit emissions above a specified level. Without information on engine usage and emission rates, it is not practicable to quantify the excess emissions. However, since CARB has alleged that the vessel(s) did not meet the regulatory requirements, all of the emissions from it were excess and illegal.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Water Provide hot water for lavatory purposes and cold water for drinking, lavatory and toilet purposes.
