Reciprocal Lien. If any Eligible Property becomes subject to a Lien causing such Property to no longer satisfy the definition of Eligible Property, and, as a result, a Default or Event of Default occurs, then the Borrower or the applicable Subsidiary will make or cause to be made a provision whereby the Obligations will be secured equally and ratably with all other obligations secured by such Lien, and in any case the Lenders shall have the benefit, to the full extent that and with such priority as, the Lenders may be entitled under Applicable Law, of an equitable Lien on such Property securing the Obligations. The grant of a Lien pursuant to this Section 9.2. shall not be deemed to cure any Default or Event of Default occurring as a result of such Eligible Property becoming subject to such Lien.
