Recipient Data. Provider is not responsible for and shall have no liability with respect to the content or integrity of content of Recipient’s data, including communications, stored on systems or at facilities under the ownership or control of Provider, its Affiliates or Provider’s Third Party agents or contractors, except to the extent caused by Provider and subject to the limitations set forth in this Agreement.
