Common use of Recesses Clause in Contracts

Recesses. Each party shall have the right to recess its group for independent caucus at any time for a period of thirty (30) minutes or as the parties otherwise mutually agree. Either party may call upon professional or lay consultants in the manner it deems necessary. Each party agrees to pay for the services of consultants which it obtains.
