Common use of Receptionist Clause in Contracts

Receptionist. If a user with Call Recording makes an outgoing call using receptionist the call is recorded. If a user with Call Recording answers an incoming call using Receptionist the call is recorded. If a call is made by a user with Call Recording the call will be recorded. If a user with Call Recording uses sequential ringing to take a call on a device that is not associated with one of their Cloud Voice numbers the call will not be recorded. If a user with Call Recording uses sequential ringing to take a call on a device associated with another user that has Call Recording, the call will be recorded, but the user that “owns” the number will be shown as the User in the portal.
