Account Information The account balance and transaction history information may be limited to recent account information involving your accounts. Also, the availability of funds for transfer or withdrawal may be limited due to the processing time for any ATM deposit transactions and our Funds Availability Policy.
Account Information Disclosure We will disclose information to third parties about your account or the transfers you make: - As necessary to complete transfers; - To verify the existence of sufficient funds to cover specific transactions upon the request of a third party, such as a credit bureau or merchant; - If your account is eligible for emergency cash and/or emergency card replacement services and you request such services, you agree that we may provide personal information about you and your account that is necessary to provide you with the requested service(s); - To comply with government agency or court orders; or - If you give us your written permission.

Information Access Each Party (“Disclosing Party”) shall make available to another Party (“Requesting Party”) information that is in the possession of the Disclosing Party and is necessary in order for the Requesting Party to: (i) verify the costs incurred by the Disclosing Party for which the Requesting Party is responsible under this Agreement; and (ii) carry out its obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement. Student Information Those living in The Village hereby agree that the Owner shall receive all Student information provided in the Agreement and waives and releases Owner from any duty of confidentiality that may apply to such information.
Alert Information As Alerts delivered via SMS, email and push notifications are not encrypted, we will never include your passcode or full account number.
