Common use of Receivable Reporting Clause in Contracts

Receivable Reporting. On each Monthly Report Due Date, the Collection Agent shall deliver to the Company a Monthly Report for the preceding Collection Period, which delivery may be in electronic form; provided, that so long as Professional Services is acting as Collection Agent, a Monthly Report delivered in a timely fashion under the Loan Agreement shall constitute delivery of a Monthly Report under this Section 6.06.

Receivable Reporting. (a) On each Monthly Report Due Date, the Collection Agent shall deliver to the Company Administrative Agent and each Managing Agent a Monthly Report for the preceding Collection Period, which delivery may be in electronic form; provided. In addition, that so long as Professional Services is acting as Collection Agent, a simultaneously with each delivery of an updated Monthly Report delivered in a timely fashion required under the Loan Contribution Agreement and Sale Agreement, the Collection Agent shall constitute delivery deliver a copy of a such updated Monthly Report under this Section 6.06to the Administrative Agent and each Managing Agent.
