Receipts Into and Deliveries Out of the Included Locations. From and after the Commencement Date, (i) Xxxx shall accept and receive Products delivered by PRC to Xxxx into the Included Locations in connection with each sale by PRC to Xxxx pursuant to this Agreement and (ii) PRC shall withdraw Products from the Included Locations in connection with each sale by Xxxx to PRC pursuant to this Agreement.
