Receipt Pressures. 1Receipt Pressure The Pipeline User will ensure that Gas delivered at any User Receipt Point by or for the account of the Pipeline User is delivered at a pressure which is within the limits specified for that User Receipt Point from time to time by Envestra by notice given to the User.

  • DELIVERY PRESSURE ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to use due care and diligence to furnish gas hereunder at such uniform pressure as Seller may elect up to, but not exceeding 20 pounds per square inch gauge, and not less than 5 pounds per square inch gauge, at the "Point of Delivery".
