Common use of Receipt Pressure Clause in Contracts

Receipt Pressure. The Pipeline User will ensure that Gas delivered at any User Receipt Point by or for the account of the Pipeline User is delivered at a pressure which will not exceed the Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure (MAOP) in the Tubridgi Pipeline or the MAOP in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Pipeline and will be at all times at a sufficient pressure to enable the delivery of gas into the Tubridgi Pipeline System at the prevailing pressure.
