Receipt by the Lender Sample Clauses
Receipt by the Lender. The Borrower shall have furnished to the Lender the following, all of which shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender and its counsel:
Receipt by the Lender. Any notice or other communication given to the Lender shall be deemed to have been received only on actual receipt.
Receipt by the Lender of all of the agreements, documents, instruments, certificates and opinions listed or described on the Closing Checklist attached hereto as EXHIBIT E, in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender, and duly executed and delivered by the parties thereto, along with such additional instruments, certificates, opinions and other documents as the Lender shall reasonably request.
