Recalls/Return from Downgrade. When the work force is increased following a layoff, employees will be recalled to any full time/non- temporary occupational classification provided that they have the qualifications and ability to perform available work. This shall be done in accordance with the employee’s official bargaining unit seniority as defined in Article 12.01
