Common use of Reassignment of Staff Clause in Contracts

Reassignment of Staff. Reassignment of staff to another unit will be assigned by the Hospital based on patient care needs of the unit. Providing that patient care needs are met, if reassignment is necessary the following order will apply:

Reassignment of Staff. Reassignment of staff to another unit will be assigned by the Hospital based on Article 10.08 of the central collective agreement and patient care needs of the unit. Providing that patient care needs are met, if reassignment is necessary the following order will apply:

Reassignment of Staff. Reassignment of staff to another unit xxxx will be assigned by the Hospital based on patient care needs of the unitwards. Providing that patient care needs are met, if reassignment is necessary the following order will apply:
