Common use of Reasonable Terms Clause in Contracts

Reasonable Terms. Employee agrees that the geographic areas, duration and scope of activities outlined in this Agreement are reasonable under the circumstances. Employee further agrees that such terms are no broader than necessary to protect the Company’s business and maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information. Employee further agrees that the terms of this Agreement are not oppressive and will not impose an unreasonable burden or restraint on Employee.
