Common use of Reallocations Clause in Contracts

Reallocations. Lender reserves the right, at its option, to disburse Loan proceeds allocated to any of the Allocations for such other purposes or in such different proportions as Lender may, in its sole discretion, deem necessary or advisable. Borrower shall not be entitled to require that Lender reallocate funds among the Allocations.

Reallocations. Lender reserves the right, at its option, to disburse Phase II Loan proceeds allocated to any of the Allocations for such other purposes or in such different proportions as Lender may, in its sole discretion, deem necessary or advisable. Borrower shall not be entitled to require that Lender reallocate funds among the Allocations.

Reallocations. Except for a Permitted Change, Lender reserves the right, at its option, to disburse Loan proceeds allocated to any of the Allocations for such other purposes or in such different proportions as Lender may, in its sole discretion, deem necessary or advisable. Borrower shall not be entitled to require that Lender reallocate funds among the Allocations.

Reallocations. Lender reserves the right, at its optionoption after the request by Borrower for same, to disburse Loan proceeds allocated to any of the Allocations Allocations, or any percentage allocated to each stage of disbursement as set forth in an Approved Budget, for such other purposes or in such different proportions percentages as Lender may, in its sole discretion, deem necessary or advisable. Borrower shall not be entitled to require that Lender reallocate funds among the AllocationsAllocations or percentage among the various stages of disbursement set forth in an Approved Budget.
