Common use of REAL ESTATE BROKER Clause in Contracts

REAL ESTATE BROKER. Seller and Purchaser acknowledge that this Agreement was procured without intervention of any broker except for the Seller’s Agent and the Purchaser’s Agent, if any, listed on the first page of this Agreement, which shall be entitled to a commission payable by Seller in accordance with the terms of a separate agreement with Seller if and only if the sale closes. Purchaser shall indemnify Seller against the claims of any other broker, including any attorney’s fees incurred as a result of such claim.
