Common use of Real Estate Appraisals Clause in Contracts

Real Estate Appraisals. Company shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, permit an independent real estate appraiser satisfactory to Agent, upon reasonable notice, to visit and inspect any Post-Closing Date Mortgaged Property or any Additional Mortgaged Property for the purpose of preparing an appraisal of such Post-Closing Date Mortgaged Property or Additional Mortgaged Property satisfying the requirements of any applicable laws and regulations (in each case to the extent required under such laws and regulations as determined by Agent in its discretion).

Company shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, permit an independent real estate appraiser satisfactory to Collateral Agent, upon reasonable notice, to visit and inspect any Post-Closing Date Mortgaged Property or any Additional Mortgaged Property for the purpose of preparing an appraisal of such Post-Closing Date Mortgaged Property or Additional Mortgaged Property satisfying the requirements of any applicable laws and regulations (in each case to the extent such appraisal is required under such laws and regulations as determined by Collateral Agent in its discretion).
