Common use of Real Estate Appraisals Clause in Contracts

Real Estate Appraisals. Company shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, permit an independent real estate appraiser satisfactory to Administrative Agent, upon reasonable notice during Company’s or its Subsidiaries’ normal business hours, to visit and inspect any Additional Mortgaged Property for the purpose of preparing an appraisal of such Additional Mortgaged Property if reasonably required in order for Administrative Agent or Lenders to comply with any applicable laws and regulations (in each case to the extent required under such laws and regulations as reasonably determined by Administrative Agent).

Real Estate Appraisals. Upon request of the Administrative Agent in connection with the delivery of any Mortgage pursuant to Section 7.09(a), the Company shall, and shall cause each of its Restricted Subsidiaries to, permit an independent real estate appraiser satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, upon reasonable notice during Company’s or its Subsidiaries’ normal business hoursnotice, to visit and inspect any Additional such Mortgaged Property for the purpose of preparing an appraisal of such Additional Mortgaged Property if reasonably required in order for Administrative Agent or Lenders to comply with satisfying the requirements of any applicable laws and regulations Laws (in each case to the extent required under such laws and regulations Laws as reasonably determined by the Administrative AgentAgent in its reasonable discretion).
