Reaffirmation of Representations and Warranties by the Originator. On each day that a new Purchased Receivable is sold to the Company hereunder pursuant to Section 1.2, the Originator shall be deemed to have certified that all representations and warranties set forth in Section 2.1 are true and correct on and as of such day as to such Purchased Receivable.
