REACTIVE MAINTENANCE COMMUNCIATION. The Commissioner will inform the Contractor of the following information when raising a new reactive maintenance request: • Job number • Site name (plus location and room details if applicable and known); • Issue arising; • Name and contact details of person raising job; • Response time required as per Table A.
