Common use of Re-scheduling of Games Clause in Contracts

Re-scheduling of Games. Any regularly scheduled and/or play-off games that cannot be played at scheduled date and time due to arena commitments to other clients and/or unforeseen problems, will be re-scheduled at another time, and possibly another location. Re-scheduled or re-played games may take place on days, dates or hours that may not coincide with days, dates or hours promised or intended by the League for regular play.
