Common use of Re-qualification Clause in Contracts

Re-qualification. To ensure Products are still in Conformity with the specifications mentioned in the Technical Documents, the Supplier shall determine and maintain a documented re-qualification process. If requested, Supplier is obliged to provide results of the re-qualification.
