Re-application. i. In order to continue payments, a Mental Health employee must reapply for the Special Professional Growth Plan upon completion of a plan. ii. Upon the completion of a special professional growth plan, a Mental Health employee may subsequently be paid and be working towards completion of another Special Professional Growth Plan, so that once begun, a 105% payment could be continuous.
