R&D External Costs Clause Samples

The R&D External Costs clause defines how expenses incurred from third-party vendors or service providers for research and development activities are handled under the agreement. It typically specifies which types of external costs are eligible for reimbursement or inclusion in project budgets, such as laboratory testing, specialized consulting, or outsourced development work. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of which external R&D expenses are covered, thereby preventing disputes and facilitating accurate budgeting and cost allocation.
