Ratio of First Lien Debt to EBITDA. The Borrower will not permit, at any time, the ratio of First Lien Debt as of such time to EBITDA for the four fiscal quarters ending on the last day of the fiscal quarter immediately preceding the date of determination for which financial statements are available to be greater than: (i) 3.50 to 1.00, at any time during the period from and including the Seventh Amendment Effective Date through December 31, 2016, (ii) 3.25 to 1.00, at any time during the fiscal quarter ending Xxxxx 00, 0000, (xxx) 3.00 to 1.00, at any time during the fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2017 and (iv) 2.50 to 1.00, at any time on or after July 1, 2017.
