Common use of Rating Agency Notification Clause in Contracts

Rating Agency Notification. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, this Agreement shall not be amended, no Early Termination Date shall be effectively designated by Party B, and no transfer of any rights or obligations under this Agreement shall be made (other than a transfer of all of Party A’s rights and obligations with respect to this Agreement in accordance with Part 5(s)(ii) above) unless Moody’s has been given prior written notice of such amendment, designation or transfer.
