Transfer Timing. Subject to Paragraphs 4(a) and 5 and unless otherwise specified, if a demand for the Transfer of Eligible Credit Support or Posted Credit Support is made by the Notification Time, then the relevant Transfer will be made not later than the close of business on the next Local Business Day; if a demand is made after the Notification Time, then the relevant Transfer will be made not later than the close of business on the second Local Business Day thereafter.
Transfer Timing. (A) The final paragraph of Paragraph 3(a) shall be deleted and replaced with the following: “Subject to Paragraph 4, and unless otherwise specified, any transfer of Eligible Credit Support or Equivalent Credit Support (whether by the Transferor pursuant to Paragraph 2(a) or by the Transferee pursuant to Paragraph 2(b)) shall be made not later than the close of business on the Settlement Day.”

Upon receipt of the District’s written request (Exhibit C) certified by the District and the Superintendent of Schools, if applicable, the Treasurer will review the request and determine, in addition to exercising her trust and fiduciary duties with respect to protecting all of the Educational Investment Pool participants from any principal loss and ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operating cash needs, that such monies are available for such Transfers, whether to make such Transfer to the District in the amount requested, as soon as reasonably possible, provided, however, that in no event shall the total amount of all Transfers within the fiscal year exceed 85% of the anticipated revenues which will accrue to the District during the fiscal year. No Transfer attributable to a subsequent fiscal year will be made prior to the full and complete repayment of all outstanding Transfers. Transfer Timing. Paragraph 4(b) is hereby amended by: (A) replacing "the next Local Business Day" in the third line thereof with "that same Local Business Day"; and (B) replacing "second Local Business Day thereafter" in the fifth line thereof with "next Local Business Day".
Transfer Timing. With respect to any Transfer of Eligible Credit Support demanded under Paragraph 3(a), Paragraph 4(b) shall be modified and amended as follows: (i) replace the word “next” in the third line thereof with the word “same” and (ii) replace the word “second” in the last line thereof with the word “next.”
