RATIFICATION OF PERFECTION CERTIFICATE. Bridgeline hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Perfection Certificate dated as of March 31, 2010, as amended as of the date hereof and acknowledges, confirms and agrees that, except as amended, the disclosures and information Bridgeline provided to Bank in the Perfection Certificate, as supplemented through the date hereof, have not changed. In addition, Intelligence Group hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Perfection Certificate dated as of the date hereof, as supplemented through the date hereof. Each Borrower acknowledges, confirms and agrees the disclosures and information provided to Bank in such Perfection Certificates, as supplemented through the date hereof, have not changed.
